Data protection
The form
When you send the form we receive your name, the contact you give and your message: the place, the fact and the link. Nothing more is collected and no account is needed.
Your name and contact are never published and are used only to ask you about your message.
How visits are counted
A script served by this site counts visits. It sets no cookies and builds no profile. A click on a contact button on a place’s page sends a single event with the button type, the place and its activities, and nothing about you.
Your location
Your location is requested only after you press the location button. It stays in your browser while the tab is open, is used there to calculate distances and is not sent anywhere, this site included.
A station, school or area you choose by name is remembered by your browser for your next visit.
The map in the filters shows OpenStreetMap streets: when you open it, your browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which see your IP address and the part of the map you view, as with any website. The point you choose stays in your browser.
Listed places and your rights
The list repeats what places publish for their customers on their own websites and in their Google listings. Where a place is run by one person, a phone number or address appears only if that person published it.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): parents need these facts to compare activities. Nothing is sold and nobody is profiled.
Anyone named in the list can ask for access, correction or erasure, or object to being listed, through the form. We answer within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
Deleting a message
To have a message you sent deleted, use the form again and tell us which one. It is deleted within a month.
